COMBIDEC 2100 - Ø 100
Temperature range: -30 to +140°C
Max. operating pressure: +3.000 Pa
MEZ-COMBIDEC 2100 is a robust, fully flexible, lightweight laminate hose for various applications. The laminate hose consists of several layers of aluminium and polyester with a concealed wire spiral. The hose is based on an aluminium laminate hose with an outer layer of co-polymer. COMBIDEC 2100 can be easily mounted to oval and round connectors.
The fire resistance of COMBIDEC 2100 has been tested in several countries according to international standards. The hoses have been constructed from a specially developed "sandwich construction". This means that the different layers of polyester and aluminium completely overlap each other, making the construction particularly strong.
Application areas
Steam return lines
Areas where good mechanical strength is required
Mechanical ventilation
Advantages over hoses with PVC-coated fabrics
higher temperature resistance
less smoke development in case of fire
Advantages over aluminium laminate hoses
higher tensile strength
better mechanical protection against external influences
better resistance to localised stress
