Heavy-duty suspension system for rectangular air duct systems

The MEZ SUSPENSION BRACKET has been specially developed for the secure suspension of rectangular air ducts. The rail is suitable for installation using M10 threaded rods. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it reliably absorbs loads. At the same time, the product is easy to install.

The special box-shaped design sets it apart from simple fixings. It distributes the forces acting on it specifically over a longer section of the threaded rod. In addition, the design is supported by the duct wall. This reduces bending stresses and improves the stability of the entire suspension system.

A further advantage is the wide contact surface of the suspension bracket. It prevents the duct edge from buckling and ensures even load distribution. At the same time, part of the load-bearing surface of the nut lies beneath the edge of the duct. This enables the component to withstand high loads. This design prevents large forces that could cause the part to tip over or bend.
