The Hypertherm Powermax 45 SYNC Kit 088587 is a powerful and ready-to-use complete system for immediate entry into automated plasma cutting. It combines the latest SYNC technology with high-quality accessories to ensure consistently precise cutting results – ideal for workshops, industrial use, and machine integration.

The integrated SmartSYNC technology allows for quick setup through intelligent cartridge recognition, reducing downtime and ensuring consistent cut quality. This specially assembled kit includes all components needed to operate the power source immediately.

• CPC interface for machine control (428653)

• Power cable 400 V / 16 A CEE, length: 3 m

• Compressed air connection with DIN 7.2 mm coupling

Notes:

• This set is not identical to Hypertherm kit number 088585 but was individually assembled to provide a fully functional and ready-to-use solution.

• If replacing an existing Hypertherm Powermax system (e.g., Powermax 1000), the existing CPC interface cablecan be reused.

• When replacing a system from another manufacturer (e.g., Thermal Dynamics) or installing a new setup, a separate CPC cable (e.g., item no. 023206 or 228350) must be ordered.

• To ensure optimal cutting results, the use of a thermal air dryer (refrigerated dryer) is highly recommended. The line to the power source should not exceed 5 m. The included filter unit also serves as a residual moisture indicator.
