The Hypertherm Powermax 45 SYNC Kit 088585 is a powerful and ready-to-use complete set for immediate entry into automated plasma cutting. It combines the latest SYNC technology with high-quality accessories for consistently precise cutting results - ideal for workshops, industry and machine integration.

The integrated SmartSYNC technology enables fast set-up, reduced downtime and consistently high cutting quality thanks to intelligent cartridge recognition. This specially assembled kit contains all the components needed to put the power source directly into operation.

Notes:

This kit is not identical to the Hypertherm kit under article number 088585, but has been put together individually to provide a complete and ready-to-use solution.

If another Hypertherm Powermax plasma power source (e.g. Powermax 1000) has already been used, the existing CPC interface cable can continue to be used.

When replacing a plasma power source from another manufacturer (e.g. Thermal Dynamics) or when using it on a new machine, a separate CPC cable (e.g. item no. 023206 or 228350) must be ordered.

For optimum cutting results, the use of a thermal compressed air dehydrator (refrigerant dryer) is strongly recommended. The line distance between the dryer and the power source should not exceed 5 metres. The supplied filter unit also serves as an indicator for residual moisture and supports the compressed air quality.
