The MEZ-Bluemastic-GEL is a high-performance, silicone-free sealant specifically designed for sealing air duct systems in industrial air duct production. The clear USP: maximum airtightness combined with clean application in automated processes – ideal for use with seam-sealing machines such as the DuctZipper or SpeedySeamer.

In practice, the highest airtightness requirements are particularly crucial for seam joints. Conventional sealants are often difficult to apply, cause contamination or fail to achieve the desired airtightness class. This is precisely where this gel comes into its own: it offers even distribution, high adhesion and a mechanically stable sealing system – designed for efficient mass production.
