MEZ-GALV-OFF is a highly concentrated, universal zinc remover for maintenance and assembly work on machinery, tools and components used in sheet metal working. This colourless cleaning spray combines the removal of galv. deposits with an intensive degreasing action. As a result, specialist workshops do not require a separate cleaner for typical oil- and grease-based machine contamination.

In air duct construction, zinc abrasion, oils, greases, resins and adhesive residues can accumulate, particularly on roller sets, roller bearings, punches, press dies and guides. These residues impair clean production processes and increase maintenance requirements. GALV-OFF specifically dissolves such contaminants and, when used regularly, helps to extend the service life of machinery and ensure consistent production quality.
