The win-klimaX® interface in MEZ-Open3A ERP automatically synchronizes project and order data as well as parts lists, including all technical properties such as manufacturing standards, materials, rebates, parameters, surfaces, connections, insulation, cutouts, and additional work.

In addition, multiple parts lists can be transferred simultaneously to all document types, such as quotations or invoices, even across orders, projects, and customers.

The structured pricing logic enables precise, flexible, and automated calculation of all win-klimaX items. The following factors are taken into account:

Base prices according to material type for ducts, fittings, ReRu, and special parts
Surcharges according to manufacturing standard, tightness class, and non-standard connections
Special calculation of cutouts
Additional work such as foiling, cleaning, and painting
Insulation with up to five material thicknesses per insulation type
Edge lengths in freely definable groups per item group
Non-standard duct lengths based on five standard lengths
Calculation on four levels: global, customer-related, project-specific, order-relevant.

Excerpts already recorded in win-klimaX® are automatically recognized and calculated in MEZ-Open3A ERP – optionally according to four article categories. The following calculation methods are available:

According to the size of the excerpt
By size of the component
By number or flat rate per component
Optionally with minimum billing of 1 m or 1 sqm

These options also apply to connections subject to additional charges.

For all components and items—both win-klimaX components and self-created items—MEZ-Open3A ERP enables automatic price calculations with three possible options:

Additional calculation to the existing price matrix
Change of parameters within the price logic
Completely custom price calculation according to individual specifications

Each item can have up to five field identifiers in the price matrix, which can contain prices, factors, conditions, or other variables.

INDIVIDUELL NACH IHREN BEDÜRFNISSEN.

MEZ-Open3A ERP enables individual adjustments through a code input field for each item for your own PHP calculation logic. This allows prices, properties, or parameters to be modified in a targeted manner. For conditional calculations, the price matrix serves as a fallback.

With the integrated DMS, attachments such as customer sketches can be archived directly in the order.

Mit dem integrierten DMS lassen sich Anhänge wie Kundenskizzen, direkt im Auftrag archivieren.

The synchronized win-klimaX® parts lists are available in MEZ-Open3A ERP for further processing. A clear table shows the document types, with “W” standing for win-klimaX parts lists.

In MEZ-Open3A ERP, any number of documents per document type can be stored for each order – ideal for simple partial invoicing of ongoing win-klimaX® projects.

Extensive text modules are available for quick document creation. The generated documents can be sent directly from MEZ-Open3A ERP via SMTP or an MS Exchange server—without the need for your own email client.

Für eine schnelle Belegerstellung stehen umfangreiche Textbausteine zur Verfügung. Die erzeugten Belege können direkt aus dem MEZ-Open3A ERP per SMTP oder über einen MS-Exchange-Server versendet werden – ganz ohne eigenen E-Mail-Client.
