With vitreous fiber gasket
For high temperatures
The MEZ-ACCESS DOOR RD 21 HT is for high temperatures up to +300°C and has a gasket made of vitreous fiber instead of polyethylene. The two metal knobs allow a comfortable handling and operation of the access door and they have a maximum tensioning force of 1.000 to 1.500 Nm. The MEZ-ACCESS DOOR RD 21 HT is made of stainless steel, the clearance between the duct wall and the upper edge of the knob or lever in closed position should be approx. 35 mm and the opening size is 200 x 100 mm big. At temperatures above +200°C the glue holding the vitreous fibers might be destroyed. Therefore we recommend to replace the gasket after each opening of the access door.
