In air duct production and installation, profile corners must not only be precise and dimensionally stable, but also quick and easy to assemble consistently. Installation

Installation of the MEZ-CORNER-KLICK 20 – R18 is quick and straightforward, providing a secure connection for the air duct profiles. The screwless click system ensures a form-fit fixation of the profile corner.

How to install:

Tap the moulded part into the moulded profile using a hammer.
Insert the flat piece into the guide groove of the moulded part and also tap it into the profile with a hammer.
Fold the “tab” of the moulded part over with a hammer until it rests against the flat piece, securely preventing the corner from coming loose.

This installation process results in a permanently stable, true-to-angle profile corner – without screws, without additional fixing materials and without time-consuming readjustment.
