MEZ-PLAST 590 SMP is an elastic, fast-curing single-component sealant for HVAC applications, tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 846. Suitable for HVAC systems in accordance with VDI 6022 / EN 15780, kitchen exhaust air, as well as grease exhaust air and clean rooms. With its EC 1 Plus classification, MEZ-PLAST SMP meets the highest requirements for sustainability in construction. Complies with DGNB 2018.

• High temperature resistance from -40°C to +90°C
• Quickly achieves a tack-free surface
• Very low shrinkage

Skin formation:

• Approx. 15–20 min.

Full cure:

• 3–4 mm on the 1st day

Application temperature:

• +5°C to +35°C
