The MEZ-CORNER 20 – slotted, hook – galv. is a galvanised corner bracket for System 20, specially developed for durable, airtight and robust flanged frames. It is technically based on the tried-and-tested MEZ‑CORNER series and – like the almost identical model 229V – is made from robust, galvanized steel and available for orders of 500 units or more.

Thanks to slotted embossing, the corner bracket enables secure installation with a defined adjustment range. This is ideal for aligning profile frames quickly and neatly. The 73 mm leg length ensures high stability and optimal force distribution across the joint. At the same time, the precise folding creates a flat contact surface, reliably compressing sealing strips and flange profiles.

In air duct construction, every joint counts: leaky or unstable corners increase installation effort, cause leaks and lead to customer complaints. Particularly with System 20 ducts, corner brackets must offer high fitting accuracy, rigidity and repeatability – even under on-site conditions.
