The air duct profile MEZ-SYPHON-FLANGE System 20 with butyl injection is ideally suited for the production of air ducts with the highest sealing temperature requirements. By placing the Mez-Bluemastic-Gel in the MEZ-SYPHON-FLANGE this air duct system can be produced according to the requirements of the tightness classes C & D according to DIN EN 1507.
Furthermore, the bevelled edge facilitates the insertion of the air duct wall into the all-round air duct profile MEZ-SYPHON-FLANGE and thus stabilises the fixing area. The high sealing requirements can also be met thanks to the specially designed inner leg, which presses itself against the duct wall of the air duct like a sealing lip.
